Returns: The Emily Skin Soothers Guarantee
We love and believe in our products and want you to be 100% happy with them. If ever a product does not meet your expectations we will gladly replace it or refund your money for the product (not to include shipping). Simply return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase and let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund and why you are unsatisfied. Please send returns to the following address:

Please note: Family Size jars and Liquid Soap Refills are not eligible for a refund without special consideration and approval from Emily Skin Soothers, Inc. If you have not tried the products before and are not sure if it will work for your family we have sample size and regular size jars. Please try a smaller size jar and make sure the products work for you before purchasing Family Size jars or Liquid Soap Refills as we will not accept returns of Family Size jars or Liquid Soap Refills.
If your product was purchased from a retail location, please contact that store for their return policy. If the store does not accept returns you may return it to us with a copy of your receipt. If you do not have a receipt you may exchange for products of equal value.
Online Orders
You may order our products securely online with a credit or debit card card.
Phone Orders
Order by phone at 978-412-8272. Phone orders are accepted Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. EST. Please leave a message with your contact information and we will return your call. After those hours or on weekends please leave your name and phone number and someone will call you the next business day.
We understand that some people are not comfortable making purchases online. All of our orders are processed through our website. If you place an order on the phone, we will take down your information and process it online. If you prefer not to have your order processed online can buy from a store or by check/mail.
Orders by Mail
We also accept orders via mail with check or money order. To calculate the cost of the shipping put the items you want into the online shopping cart and enter your address. You will see the shipping options and prices. Choose the shipping method you prefer and print out that page that shows the items, shipping and your address. Send it to us at the address above with your check or money order.
Our bank advises we wait 5 days after depositing checks to make sure they clear, so if you order by check, expect a total time of 2 weeks for delivery of product. Checks should be made out to Emily Skin Soothers, Inc. Please make sure to include your shipping address and a note explaining which products you are buying and how many of each. The address is above.
Massachusetts residents please add 5% to the item total of your order (before shipping) or Massachusetts sales tax.
Delivery
Your orders are shipped through the USPS. Costs and shipping times will vary depending on your location and on the USPS service you choose during the checkout process.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
